Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1308","heading":"Deposits in State Judicial Retirement Fund and State","body":"Judicial Fund.\n\nClerks in counties having a population of less than seventy\n\nthousand (70,000) must transmit each quarter for deposit in the\n\nState Judicial Revolving Fund the amount by which the receipts\n\ndeposited in the court fund for the quarter, including the interest\n\nearned on the court fund, exceeds the expenses for the quarter,\n\nprovided the court clerk shall retain from the excess amount a sum\n\nequal to twenty percent (20%) of the expenses for the quarter.\n\nClerks in counties having a population of seventy thousand (70,000)\n\nor more shall transmit each month for deposit in the State Judicial\n\nRevolving Fund the amount by which the receipts deposited in the\n\ncourt fund for the reporting period for the report required by\n\nSection 1307 of this title, including interest earned on the court\n\nfund, exceeds the expenses for the reporting period, provided the\n\nclerk shall retain from the excess amount a sum equal to twenty\n\npercent (20%) of the expenses for the reporting period. Within\n\nthirty (30) days after the end of each fiscal year, the court clerk,\n\nin addition to the other amounts due hereunder, shall transmit to\n\nthe Supreme Court for deposit in the State Judicial Revolving Fund\n\nan amount equal to the gross receipts for the entire past fiscal\n\nyear less the total amount of expenses, as defined in subsection A\n\nof Section 1307 of this title, and less the transfers made for the\n\npast fiscal year.","path":["OK Code","Title 20"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os20.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d6d9d24dbafd26d7849ffbc7d06e580c1a7f8275c5778a135a4b065fd5c276c6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1307","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1309"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
