There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Supreme Court, to be designated the \"Supreme Court\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of monies appropriated\n\nby the Legislature for the purposes specified in this section and\n\nfees collected pursuant to Sections 72, 73.5, 1506 and 1707 of this\n\ntitle and paragraph 2 of subsection E of Section 152 of Title 28 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes. All monies accruing to the credit of the\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nSupreme Court for refunds to bondsmen and for the purpose of paying\n\nexpenses authorized by Section 1809 of Title 12 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, Sections 103.1, 1311, 1507, 1660 and 1707 of this title,\n\nSections 562 and 1355.13A of Title 22 and paragraph 2 of subsection\n\nE of Section 152 of Title 28 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and to make\n\nany other expenditures determined by the Supreme Court to be\n\nnecessary due to unforeseen emergencies impacting the operation of\n\nstate courts, as well as recurring and nonrecurring expenditures to\n\nperform the duties imposed upon the Supreme Court or Court of Civil\n\nAppeals by law. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. Until June 30, 2021, the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall, at the request of the Administrative Director of the\n\nCourts, transfer any monies from the Supreme Court Revolving Fund to\n\nthe Supreme Court Administrative Revolving Fund or the Interagency\n\nReimbursement Fund as necessary to perform the duties imposed upon\n\nthe Supreme Court, Court of Civil Appeals and district courts by\n\nlaw.","path":["OK Code","Title 20"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os20.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"292f5d236a3741db7a1f49f5e9d497351db4ba3bfb9c95e6fcfd7c6ce58d75cf","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1309","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1310.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
