There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Supreme Court to be designated the \"State Judicial\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all receipts\n\ndesignated for deposit thereto pursuant to law and monies\n\nappropriated by the Legislature for deposit thereto. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted by the Supreme Court as necessary to perform the duties\n\nimposed upon the Supreme Court, Court of Civil Appeals and district\n\ncourts by law. The Administrative Director of the Courts, with the\n\napproval of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, is authorized to\n\nuse the amounts deposited in the State Judicial Revolving Fund for\n\nany lawful purpose including but not limited to payment of recurring\n\nand nonrecurring administrative and operating expenses for the\n\nSupreme Court and the district courts subject to the ceilings\n\nestablished in the annual appropriations to the Supreme Court and\n\nthe district courts. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, or the\n\nAdministrative Director of the Courts acting at the direction of the\n\nChief Justice, shall determine the allocation of funds and\n\nexpenditures between or among the Supreme Court, Court of Civil\n\nAppeals, and district courts. Expenditures from the fund shall be\n\nmade upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims\n\nfiled as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment. The\n\nSupreme Court is hereby authorized to transfer funds from the State\n\nJudicial Revolving Fund to the district courts for duties imposed by\n\nlaw.\n\nB.
