There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Supreme Court to be designated as the \"Supreme Court\n\nAdministrative Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies transferred by the Supreme Court in any given fiscal year\n\nor years. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the Supreme Court\n\nas necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the Supreme Court,\n\nCourt of Civil Appeals and district courts by law. Expenditures\n\nfrom the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State\n\nTreasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nB.
