Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1312","heading":"Audit of court fund and law library fund","body":"The court fund of the district court as well as the law library\n\nfund in every county of this state shall be audited at least once\n\nevery two (2) fiscal years by the State Auditor and Inspector or by\n\nhis duly appointed deputy or deputies and all of the books, records\n\nand accounts thereof shall be thoroughly inspected.\n\nA copy of the audit report for each local court fund and each\n\nlaw library fund shall be filed by the State Auditor and Inspector\n\nwith the following officers not later than the first day of July\n\ncommencing July 1, 1972: Administrative Director of the Courts,\n\nAttorney General, Chairmen of the Senate and House Judiciary\n\nCommittees and Director of Finance.\n\nThe State Auditor and Inspector shall prescribe the proper forms\n\nfor both the audit and the financial report required to be filed by\n\nthe board of law library trustees.","path":["OK Code","Title 20"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os20.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f051462ea8d38ce5662aca5e6a6c8cff426450a2210ea6c14f0042c81dde68c9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1311","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1313.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
