Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1313.4","heading":"Forensic Science Improvement Revolving Fund –","body":"Assessment – Collection.\n\nA. In addition to the penalty assessments and fees imposed by\n\nSections 1313.2 and 1313.3 of this title, any person convicted of\n\nany offense, including traffic offenses, but excluding parking and\n\nstanding violations, punishable by a fine of Ten Dollars ($10.00) or\n\nmore or by incarceration, or any person forfeiting any bond when\n\ncharged with any offense, shall be ordered by the court to pay a\n\nForensic Science Improvement Assessment in the amount of Ten Dollars\n\n($10.00) for each offense. The assessment shall be in addition to,\n\nand not in substitution for, any and all fines and penalties\n\notherwise provided by law for the offense. The assessment shall be\n\ncollected at the time and in the manner as the fees provided in\n\nSections 1313.2 and 1313.3 of this title. Each municipal court\n\nclerk is authorized to retain five percent (5%) of the assessment\n\ncollected by each municipal court clerk pursuant to the provisions\n\nof this section. All court clerks shall send the assessments\n\ncollected to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for deposit\n\ninto the Forensic Science Improvement Revolving Fund created by\n\nSection 150.35 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes less any amount\n\nauthorized to be retained. The deposits of funds collected pursuant\n\nto the provisions of this section shall be due and payable as\n\nrequired in subsection H of Section 1313.2 of this title. Any funds\n\ndeposited as required by this section shall be listed as a separate\n\nitem from other deposits made pursuant to Sections 1313.2 and 1313.3\n\nof this title.\n\nB.
