Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1315","heading":"Oklahoma Court Information System - Oklahoma Court","body":"Information System Revolving Fund.\n\nA. 1. The Supreme Court, by and through the Office of the\n\nAdministrative Director of the Courts, shall establish a court\n\ninformation system to be designated the \"Oklahoma Court Information\n\nSystem\" for the purpose of providing data processing services to\n\nstate agencies, boards, and commissions and other entities pursuant\n\nto contract. The Administrative Director of the Courts may assess a\n\nreasonable fee for such services.\n\n2. Court clerks and judges of the district courts of this state\n\nshall utilize the case tracking, accounting, legal research, and\n\nother services of the \"Oklahoma Court Information System\" at the\n\ndirection of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. The\n\ndevelopment and implementation of the system's accounting, auditing,\n\nand financial reporting functions shall be subject to the approval\n\nof the State Auditor and Inspector.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Supreme Court to be designated the \"Oklahoma Court\n\nInformation System Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies received in payment of data processing services furnished\n\npursuant to contract. The Administrative Director of the Courts, at\n\nthe end of each month, shall issue a statement of charges to each\n\nentity for which data processing services were furnished. The cost\n\nfor data processing services shall be recovered directly from the\n\nentity for which such services were furnished and shall not be\n\nprorated to or payable by those not receiving the services. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Supreme Court for the\n\nacquisition, operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of data\n\nprocessing equipment and software and for the operational expenses\n\nof any court which is subject to the authority of the Administrative\n\nDirector of the Courts. Expenditures from the fund shall be made\n\nupon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment. Until June 30, 2018,\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall, at the\n\nrequest of the Administrative Director of the Courts, transfer an\n\namount not to exceed Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) from the\n\nOklahoma Court Information System Revolving Fund to the District\n\nCourt Interagency Reimbursement Fund an amount that the\n\nAdministrative Director of the Courts, with the approval of the\n\nChief Justice of the Supreme Court, shall deem appropriate and\n\nnecessary to perform the duties imposed upon the district courts by\n\nlaw.","path":["OK Code","Title 20"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os20.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"14f98cd54dfe76c8b3d06b744bc15b20c068e6feaee7ca542b80f30f8c267fae","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1314","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-1315.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
