Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1315.6","heading":"Contracts with county court clerks to reconcile funds","body":"paid on certain cases - Claims.\n\nFor the fiscal year ending June 30, 2003, the Administrative\n\nOffice of the Courts may enter into contracts with county court\n\nclerks to reconcile funds paid on court cases from November 1, 1999,\n\nthrough November 1, 2001, where a county has not yet reconciled such\n\nfunds. Such contracts shall not exceed Seventy-five Thousand\n\nDollars ($75,000.00). Each contract shall be paid monthly as\n\nreimbursement for extraordinary services delivered by county\n\nemployees to reconcile financial accounting of court cases.
