Stat. tit. 20, § 20-14","heading":"Actions involving removal or location of state capital or","body":"educational or charitable institutions - Jurisdiction, powers and\n\nprocedure.\n\nExclusive original jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the\n\nSupreme Court of the State of Oklahoma, to hear and determine any\n\naction that may be brought involving the legality of the removal or\n\nlocation, or an attempt to remove or locate, the state capital or\n\nany normal school or other educational or charitable institution of\n\nthe state, and in any such action the Supreme Court shall have the\n\nsame power and jurisdiction, including the power to appoint a\n\nreferee, which it now has under the laws of this state in contests\n\nover the location of county seats, and all such actions shall be\n\ngoverned by the same procedure which now prevails in county seat\n\ncontests.\n\nProvided that any resident taxpayer of this state, shall have a\n\nright to a hearing before the Supreme Court upon the execution of a\n\ngood and sufficient bond for cost, to be approved by the Clerk of\n\nthe Court.
