Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1512","heading":"Videotape transcripts","body":"The Supreme Court is authorized to establish a pilot project for\n\nuse of videotape equipment in courtrooms for production of videotape\n\nrecords for transcripts where court reporters are not available, if\n\nthe Supreme Court has funds available that can be used for this\n\npurpose. The Administrative Office of the Courts shall promulgate\n\nrules for the use of video equipment in courtrooms.
