Stat. tit. 20, § 20-16.11","heading":"Annual reports","body":"The Administrative Director of the Courts is requested to submit\n\na report to the Legislature each year commencing in January, 1970\n\n(and in each January thereafter), on the following subjects:\n\n(a) Whether or not the boundaries of the district court judicial\n\ndistricts should be changed. If a change is recommended, the report\n\nshould indicate the counties that should be included in each\n\ndistrict.\n\n(b) The number of district judges and associate district judges\n\nthat should be authorized for each judicial district.\n\n(c) If the formula for the number of special judges to be\n\nallowed to each judicial administrative district should be changed.\n\n(d) The case load pending in each district court judicial\n\ndistrict.\n\n(e) The number of cases heard on their merits by each judge of\n\nthe district court during the preceding year.\n\n(f) In making the above report, said Administrative Director\n\nshall, along with whatever other criteria he uses in making the\n\nreport, consider the area involved in the judicial district and the\n\ndistances involved between the places where court is held in said\n\ndistrict.","path":["OK Code","Title 20"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os20.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5fccc95d17ddd20951c32b4f85d6934f777a8a5a3d4b986ffb11cf7ea5eb84c5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-16.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-16.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
