The Council on Judicial Complaints is an agency in the\n\nExecutive Department.\n\nB. The Council shall not be subject to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Sunset Law.\n\nC. The Council shall not be subject to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Open Meeting Act when conducting, discussing, or\n\ndeliberating any matter relating to a complaint received or filed\n\nwith the Council.\n\nD. The Council shall be subject to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Open Records Act to the extent provided in paragraph 2 of\n\nSection 24A.3 of Title 51 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nE. 1. Employees of the Council shall be in the unclassified\n\nservice for the purposes of the Oklahoma Personnel Act.\n\n2. Employees shall be members of the Oklahoma Public Employees\n\nRetirement System and shall be eligible to participate in employee\n\nbenefit programs administered by the Oklahoma State and Education\n\nEmployees Group Insurance Board.\n\n3. Any person who is employed by the Council who is a state\n\nemployee at the time he or she is hired by the Council shall retain\n\nand continue to accrue all state employee benefits without a break\n\nin service.\n\nF.
