Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1655","heading":"Administrative Director","body":"There is created the position of Administrative Director to the\n\nCouncil on Judicial Complaints who shall be a state employee hired\n\nby the Council. The Administrative Director shall receive and file\n\nall complaints received concerning the conduct of persons occupying\n\npositions in the judicial department of the government and subject\n\nto the jurisdiction of the Court on the Judiciary. The\n\nAdministrative Director shall notify the members of the Council of\n\neach complaint filed with the Director.
