The members of the Council on Judicial Complaints shall\n\nqualify by taking the constitutional oath of office.\n\nB. The Council shall elect a chair and vice-chair. The chair\n\nand vice-chair shall serve for terms of office set by the Council,\n\nnot to exceed their terms as members of the Council.\n\nC. The Council shall adopt rules pursuant to the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act.\n\nD.
