Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1659","heading":"Filing of petition invoking jurisdiction of Court on the","body":"Judiciary.\n\nIn the event the Council on Judicial Complaints finds that the\n\ncomplaint should be made the subject of proceedings before the Court\n\non the Judiciary, it shall forward all papers concerning the same,\n\ntogether with its findings, to either the Supreme Court or the Chief\n\nJustice thereof, the Governor, the Attorney General, the Executive\n\nSecretary of the Oklahoma Bar Association, or the House of\n\nRepresentatives, who shall promptly file a petition invoking the\n\njurisdiction of the trial division of the Court on the Judiciary in\n\naccordance with subsection (a) of Section 4 of Article 7-A of the\n\nConstitution of Oklahoma; provided, however, filing by the Executive\n\nSecretary of the Oklahoma Bar Association shall be at the direction\n\nof the majority of the members of the Executive Council or by\n\nresolution of the House of Delegates of the Oklahoma Bar\n\nAssociation.
