Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1663","heading":"Council on Judicial Complaints Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Council on Judicial Complaints to be designated the \"Council\n\non Judicial Complaints Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Council from collections\n\nreceived pursuant to Section 152 of Title 28 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.
