Stat. tit. 20, § 20-1708","heading":"Use of C.C.I. abbreviation","body":"The Board may adopt rules establishing different levels of\n\ncourtroom interpreter certifications recognized in the courts of\n\nthis state including certified courtroom interpreters and registered\n\ncourtroom interpreters. Every person enrolled as a certified\n\ncourtroom interpreter shall be entitled to use the abbreviation\n\nC.C.I. after his or her name. Every person enrolled as a registered\n\ncourtroom interpreter shall be entitled to use the abbreviation\n\nR.C.I. after his or her name. Courtroom interpreters holding a\n\nprovisional status do not hold an official certification, and shall\n\nnot be allowed the use of the abbreviation.
