No member of the Judicial Nominating Commission who is\n\nrelated to an applicant for any position for which the Commission is\n\nresponsible to submit nominations to an appointing authority\n\npursuant to Section 3 of Article VII-B of the Constitution of the\n\nState of Oklahoma shall participate in the decision-making process\n\nwith respect to such applicant if the Commission member is related\n\nto the applicant within the third degree of consanguinity or\n\naffinity. If a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission\n\nparticipates in the decision-making process with respect to an\n\napplicant in contravention of the requirement of this subsection,\n\nthe member shall be immediately removed from the Commission and\n\nshall be permanently forbidden from being appointed to the\n\nCommission.\n\nB. No later than ten (10) days after receiving the final list\n\nof applications for an open position which is set to come before the\n\nJudicial Nominating Commission, a member of the Judicial Nominating\n\nCommission shall make full disclosure of the date and amount of any\n\ncontribution made by such member to the judicial campaign of any\n\nperson making application to the Commission for their possible\n\nnomination to an appointing authority pursuant to the provisions of\n\nSection 3 of Article VII-B of the Constitution of the State of\n\nOklahoma. The Administrative Director of the Courts shall prescribe\n\na form to be used for such purpose.
