For fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year thereafter, except\n\nas otherwise provided by the Board on Judicial Compensation after\n\nthe effective date of this act, the following judicial officers\n\nshall receive compensation for their services, payable monthly as\n\nfollows:\n\n1. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall receive an\n\nannual salary of One Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Two Hundred\n\nTwelve Dollars ($198,212.00); and\n\n2. An Associate Justice of the Supreme Court shall receive an\n\nannual salary of One Hundred Eighty-five Thousand Six Hundred Twelve\n\nDollars ($185,612.00).\n\nB.
