Stat. tit. 20, § 20-30.1","heading":"Establishment - Jurisdiction - Certiorari","body":"There is hereby established an intermediate appellate court to\n\nbe known as the Court of Civil Appeals of the State of Oklahoma\n\nwhich shall have the power to determine or otherwise dispose of any\n\ncases that are assigned to it by the Supreme Court. Its decisions,\n\nwhen final, shall neither be appealable to the Supreme Court nor be\n\nsubject to reexamination by another division of the Court of Civil\n\nAppeals or by the Judges of that Court sitting en banc. The Court\n\nof Civil Appeals shall have jurisdiction to issue writs of habeas\n\ncorpus, mandamus, quo warranto, certiorari, prohibition, or any\n\nother process when this may be necessary in any case assigned to it\n\nby the Supreme Court.
