Stat. tit. 20, § 20-30.2","heading":"Number of divisions - Number of judges - Assignment and","body":"transfer.\n\nThe Court of Civil Appeals shall, upon the members being elected\n\nand qualified, consist of four permanent divisions. Two divisions\n\nshall sit in Tulsa County and two divisions shall sit in Oklahoma\n\nCounty. Each division shall consist of three Judges, at least two\n\nof whom shall concur in any decision and each division shall select\n\na presiding Judge who shall act in that capacity without additional\n\ncompensation. The assignment of Judges to the divisions shall be\n\neffected by the Supreme Court.
