Stat. tit. 20, § 20-30.5","heading":"Opinions - Publications","body":"The Court of Civil Appeals shall effect disposition of cases\n\nassigned to it by a written opinion prepared in such form as the\n\nSupreme Court prescribes. No opinion of the Court of Civil Appeals\n\nshall be binding or cited as precedent unless it shall have been\n\napproved by the majority of the justices of the Supreme Court for\n\npublication in the official reporter. The Supreme Court shall\n\ndirect which opinion or decision, if any, of the Court of Civil\n\nAppeals shall be published in the unofficial reporter.
