Stat. tit. 20, § 20-3012","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Elected Official and Judicial Security\n\nand Privacy Act of 2025:\n\n1. The term “at-risk individual” means any currently elected\n\nfederal official of this state, any current state official elected\n\nstatewide, or any active or retired member of the State Judiciary,\n\nand shall also include municipal, county, tribal, and federal\n\njudges;\n\n2. The term “commercial entity” means any corporation,\n\npartnership, limited partnership, proprietorship, sole\n\nproprietorship, firm, enterprise, franchise, or association engaged\n\nin the buying or selling of goods or services for profit;\n\n3. The term “covered information” means:\n\na. a home address, including primary residence or\n\nsecondary residences of an at-risk individual,\n\nb. a home or personal mobile telephone number, or the\n\ndirect telephone number of a government-issued cell\n\nphone or private extension in the chambers of an at-\n\nrisk individual,\n\nc. a personal email address of an at-risk individual,\n\nd. the bank account or credit or debit card information\n\nof an at-risk individual,\n\ne. the home or other address displayed on property tax\n\nrecords or held by a federal, state, or local\n\ngovernment agency of an at-risk individual, including\n\nany secondary residence and any investment property at\n\nwhich an at-risk individual resides for part of a\n\nyear,\n\nf. a license plate number or home address displayed on\n\nvehicle registration information of an at-risk\n\nindividual,\n\ng. the identification of children under the age of\n\neighteen (18) of an at-risk individual or any child\n\nunder the age of twenty-six (26) whose permanent\n\nresidence is the home of the at-risk individual,\n\nh. the full date of birth,\n\ni. a photograph of any vehicle that legibly displays the\n\nlicense plate or a photograph of a residence that\n\nlegibly displays the address of the residence of an\n\nat-risk individual,\n\nj. the name and address of a school or day care facility\n\nattended by immediate family of an at-risk individual,\n\nk. the name and address of an employer of immediate\n\nfamily of an at-risk individual, or\n\nl. the name and address of a place of worship the at-risk\n\nindividual or immediate family of an at-risk\n\nindividual attends;\n\n4. The term “immediate family” means a spouse, child, or parent\n\nof an at-risk individual or any other familial relative of an at-\n\nrisk individual whose permanent residence is the same as the at-risk\n\nindividual;\n\n5. The term “social media” means any online electronic medium\n\nor a live chat system that:\n\na. primarily serves as a medium for users to interact\n\nwith content generated by other third-party users of\n\nthe medium,\n\nb. enables users to create accounts or profiles specific\n\nto the medium or to import profiles from another\n\nmedium, and\n\nc. enables one or more users to generate content that can\n\nbe viewed by other third-party users of the medium;\n\n6. The term “state agency” means:\n\na. an executive agency, as defined by Oklahoma Statute,\n\nb. any county, local or municipal governing body, or\n\nregulatory body, and\n\nc. any state agency in the judicial branch or legislative\n\nbranch; and\n\n7.
