Stat. tit. 20, § 20-3013","heading":"At-risk individual — Filing notice — Removal from","body":"publicly available content.\n\nA. Each at-risk individual may:\n\n1. File written notice of the status of the individual as an\n\nat-risk individual, for themselves and immediate family, with each\n\nstate agency that includes information necessary to ensure\n\ncompliance with this section, as determined by the Administrative\n\nDirector of the Courts; and\n\n2. Request that each state agency described in Section 3012 of\n\nthis title mark as private their covered information and that of\n\ntheir immediate family.\n\nB. State agencies shall not publicly post or publicly display\n\ncontent that includes covered information of an at-risk individual\n\nor immediate family. State agencies, upon receipt of a written\n\nrequest under paragraph 1 of subsection A of this section, shall\n\nremove the covered information of the at-risk individual or\n\nimmediate family from publicly available content not later than\n\nseventy-two (72) hours after such receipt.\n\nC. Nothing in this section shall prohibit a state agency from\n\nproviding access to records containing the covered information of an\n\nelected federal official of this state, a state official elected\n\nstatewide, or a member of the judiciary to a third party if the\n\nthird party:\n\n1. Possesses a signed release from the elected federal\n\nofficial, state official, judge, or a lawful court order;\n\n2. Is subject to the requirements of Title V of the federal\n\nGramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 U.S.C., Section 6801 et seq.; or\n\n3.
