Stat. tit. 20, § 20-3014","heading":"Administrative Director of the Courts — Authority to make","body":"notice or requests on behalf of at-risk individuals.\n\nUpon written request of an at-risk individual, the\n\nAdministrative Director of the Courts is authorized to make any\n\nnotice or request required or authorized by this act on behalf of\n\nthe at-risk individual. The notice or request shall include\n\ninformation necessary to ensure compliance with this act. The\n\nDirector may delegate this authority to an appropriate state agency.\n\nAny notice or request made under this act shall be deemed to have\n\nbeen made by the at-risk individual and comply with the notice and\n\nrequest requirements of this act.\n\nIn lieu of individual notices or requests, the Administrative\n\nDirector of the Courts, may provide state agencies, county and\n\nmunicipal governments, commercial entity, persons, businesses, or\n\nassociations with a list of at-risk individuals and their immediate\n\nfamily that includes information necessary to ensure compliance with\n\nthis act, as determined by the Administrative Director of Courts for\n\nthe purpose of maintaining compliance with this act.
