Nothing in this act shall be construed:\n\n1. To prohibit, restrain, or limit the lawful investigation or\n\nreporting by the press of any unlawful activity or misconduct\n\nalleged to have been committed by an at-risk individual or their\n\nimmediate family;\n\n2. To impair access to decisions and opinions from a member of\n\nthe State Judiciary in the course of carrying out their public\n\nfunctions;\n\n3. To limit the publication or transfer of covered information\n\nthat the at-risk individual or their immediate family member\n\nvoluntarily publishes on the Internet after the date of enactment of\n\nthis act; or\n\n4. To prohibit information sharing by a commercial entity to a\n\nfederal, state, tribal, or local government, or any unit thereof.\n\nB.
