There is hereby established within the Court of Criminal\n\nAppeals an Emergency Appellate Division which shall have the power\n\nto determine or otherwise dispose of any cases assigned to it by the\n\nCourt of Criminal Appeals, except cases concerning convictions for\n\nmurder in the first degree as defined by Section 701.7 of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. A decision of an emergency appellate panel may be reviewed\n\nby the Court of Criminal Appeals upon the filing of a Petition for\n\nReview if a majority of judges on the Court of Criminal Appeals\n\ndirects that such Petition for Review shall be granted. The Court\n\nof Criminal Appeals may, by order, recall a case from an emergency\n\nappellate panel. Decisions of an emergency appellate panel shall be\n\nfinal unless a Petition for Review is granted.\n\nC.
