In the exercise of the powers granted by Section 6 of\n\nArticle VII of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, the Chief\n\nJustice of the Supreme Court shall appoint no less than sixty (60)\n\ndistrict judges, associate district judges or eligible special\n\njudges as temporary judges of the Emergency Appellate Division.\n\nSelections shall be made on or before July 1 of each year.\n\nB. In order to be eligible to serve on an emergency appellate\n\npanel, a special judge must have a minimum of four (4) years of\n\njudicial experience.\n\nC.
