Stat. tit. 20, § 20-61","heading":"Court of Criminal Appeals Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Court of Criminal Appeals to be designated the \"Court of\n\nCriminal Appeals Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies received by the Court of Criminal Appeals from all other\n\nmonies so designated for deposit thereto. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Court of Criminal Appeals for duties imposed\n\nupon the Court of Criminal Appeals by law.
