Stat. tit. 20, § 20-73.5","heading":"Copies of opinions - Cost - Free copies - Disposition of","body":"monies.\n\nFrom and after January 1, 1954, the new opinions of the Supreme\n\nCourt, the Court of Criminal Appeals and the Court of Appeals shall\n\nbe promptly furnished, at a cost of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per\n\npage, to any person, firm or corporation who shall request same in\n\nwriting to the Clerk of the Supreme Court for the purpose of\n\npublishing, editing and binding the opinions. For any other\n\npurpose, other persons, firms or corporations shall be furnished,\n\nupon request in writing to the Clerk of the Supreme Court, copies of\n\nthe opinions, or any instrument of record or other record filed with\n\nthe Clerk of the Supreme Court, at that fee mandated by Section 31\n\nof Title 28 of the Oklahoma Statutes, for the copying of any\n\ninstrument of record or on file. Provided however, the opinions\n\nshall be furnished free of cost to the litigants involved, and to\n\nthe Oklahoma Bar Association for any official publication of the\n\nAssociation.\n\nAll monies collected by the Clerk of the Supreme Court for the\n\nopinions and other copies shall be by the Clerk deposited monthly to\n\nthe credit of the Supreme Court Revolving Fund of the State of\n\nOklahoma.","path":["OK Code","Title 20"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os20.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5c55867c62fab2bc703abaada7499ebd20f1bd67a9df9dd6c7f3335c10a0cae9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-72","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-20-20-74"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
