To facilitate the trial and disposition of cases, actions\n\nfiled in the district court shall be assigned to various dockets by\n\nthe clerk of the court pursuant to the direction and supervision of\n\nthe presiding judge of the district. Until changed by order of the\n\nSupreme Court, only the following dockets are established: a civil\n\ndocket, a criminal docket, a traffic docket, a probate docket, a\n\njuvenile and family relations docket, a small claims docket, and a\n\nbusiness docket for business court divisions of the court created\n\npursuant to Section 17 of this act.\n\nB. Whenever a district court establishes a drug court program\n\npursuant to the provisions of Sections 471 through 471.11 of Title\n\n22 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the judge presiding over the program\n\nshall cause to be established a drug court docket. In those cases\n\nassigned to the drug court docket, the judge shall determine what\n\ninformation or pleadings are to be maintained in a confidential case\n\nfile which shall be closed to public inspection. The originating\n\ncriminal case file shall remain open to public inspection.
