The provisions of Section 4 of this act and Section 92.15a\n\nof this title shall not affect the term of office of judges of\n\nDistrict Court Judicial District No. 14 serving on the effective\n\ndate of this act.\n\nB. The electoral divisions for District Court Judicial District\n\nNo. 14 described in Section 4 of this act shall become effective the\n\nsecond Monday of January, 2015. The electoral divisions described\n\nin Section 4 of this act shall be applicable to elections held\n\ncommencing in 2014.
