The counties of Okfuskee, Okmulgee and Creek.\n\nA. For elections occurring before January 1, 2018, the district\n\nshall have five (5) district judges to be nominated and elected as\n\nfollows: One candidate to be nominated and elected at large and a\n\nlegal resident of Okfuskee County; two candidates to be nominated\n\nand elected at large and legal residents of Okmulgee County; and two\n\ncandidates to be nominated and elected at large and legal residents\n\nof Creek County, all of whom shall be elected at large.\n\nB.
