Stat. tit. 20, § 20-96","heading":"Jury sessions - Motion and demurrer sessions - When and how","body":"held.\n\nJury sessions of the district court may be held at any time upon\n\norder of a chief judge or of the presiding judge of the judicial\n\nadministrative district. A session for the hearing and disposition\n\nof motions and demurrers shall be held in each county at least once\n\nevery thirty (30) days, and any motion or demurrer that has been on\n\nfile for at least five (5) days shall be placed on the docket.
