Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1021","heading":"Indecent exposure - Indecent exhibitions - Obscene","body":"material or child pornography - Solicitation of minors.\n\nA. Every person who willfully and knowingly either:\n\n1. Lewdly exposes his or her person or genitals in any public\n\nplace, or in any place where there are present other persons to be\n\noffended or annoyed thereby; provided, however, for purposes of this\n\nsection, a person alleged to have committed an act of public\n\nurination shall be prosecuted pursuant to Section 22 of this title\n\nunless such act was accompanied with another act that violates\n\nparagraphs 2 through 4 of this subsection and shall not be subject\n\nto registration under the Sex Offenders Registration Act;\n\n2. Procures, counsels, or assists any person to expose such\n\nperson, or to make any other exhibition of such person to public\n\nview or to the view of any number of persons, for the purpose of\n\nsexual stimulation of the viewer;\n\n3. Writes, composes, stereotypes, prints, photographs, designs,\n\ncopies, draws, engraves, paints, molds, cuts, or otherwise prepares,\n\npublishes, sells, distributes, keeps for sale, knowingly downloads\n\non a computer, or exhibits any obscene material or child sexual\n\nabuse material; or\n\n4. Makes, prepares, cuts, sells, gives, loans, distributes,\n\nkeeps for sale, or exhibits any disc record, metal, plastic, or wax,\n\nwire or tape recording, or any type of obscene material or child\n\nsexual abuse material,\n\nshall be guilty, upon conviction, of a Class B4 felony offense and\n\nshall be punished by the imposition of a fine of not less than Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Twenty Thousand Dollars\n\n($20,000.00) or by imprisonment for not less than thirty (30) days\n\nnor more than ten (10) years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nB. Every person who:\n\n1. Willfully solicits or aids a minor child to perform; or\n\n2. Shows, exhibits, loans, or distributes to a minor child any\n\nobscene material or child sexual abuse material for the purpose of\n\ninducing said minor to participate in, any act specified in\n\nparagraphs 1, 2, 3 or 4 of subsection A of this section,\n\nshall be guilty of a Class A1 felony offense, upon conviction, and\n\nshall be punished by imprisonment in the custody of the Department\n\nof Corrections for not less than ten (10) years nor more than thirty\n\n(30) years, except when the minor child is under twelve (12) years\n\nof age at the time the offense is committed, and in such case the\n\nperson shall, upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment in the\n\ncustody of the Department of Corrections for not less than twenty-\n\nfive (25) years.\n\nC. Persons convicted under this section shall not be eligible\n\nfor a deferred sentence.\n\nD. Except for persons sentenced to life or life without parole,\n\nany person sentenced to imprisonment for two (2) years or more for a\n\nviolation of this section shall be required to serve a term of post-\n\nimprisonment supervision pursuant to subparagraph f of paragraph 1\n\nof subsection A of Section 991a of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nunder conditions determined by the Department of Corrections. The\n\njury shall be advised that the mandatory post-imprisonment\n\nsupervision shall be in addition to the actual imprisonment.\n\nE.
