Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1021.3","heading":"Guardians - Parents - Custodians - Consent to","body":"participation of minors in sexual abuse materials.\n\nA. Any parent, guardian or individual having custody of a minor\n\nunder the age of eighteen (18) years who knowingly permits or\n\nconsents to the participation of a minor in any child sexual abuse\n\nmaterial shall be guilty of a Class B1 felony offense and, upon\n\nconviction, shall be punished by imprisonment in the custody of the\n\nDepartment of Corrections for a period of not more than twenty (20)\n\nyears or a fine of not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars\n\n($25,000.00) or by both such fine and imprisonment. Persons\n\nconvicted under this section shall not be eligible for a deferred\n\nsentence. Except for persons sentenced to life or life without\n\nparole, any person sentenced to imprisonment for two (2) years or\n\nmore for a violation of this subsection shall be required to serve a\n\nterm of post-imprisonment supervision pursuant to subparagraph f of\n\nparagraph 1 of subsection A of Section 991a of Title 22 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes under conditions determined by the Department of\n\nCorrections. The jury shall be advised that the mandatory post-\n\nimprisonment supervision shall be in addition to the actual\n\nimprisonment.\n\nB.
