Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1024.4","heading":"Destruction of obscene material or child sexual abuse","body":"material upon conviction.\n\nUpon final conviction of the accused and any codefendant, the\n\nmagistrate or law enforcement agency shall, with the consent of the\n\ndistrict attorney, cause any obscene material or child sexual abuse\n\nmaterial, in respect whereof the accused and any codefendant stands\n\nconvicted and which remains in the possession or control of such\n\nmagistrate, law enforcement agency or district attorney, to be\n\ndestroyed including, but not limited to, the destruction of any\n\ncomputer, hard drive or other electronic storage media of the\n\naccused or codefendant on which such obscene material or child\n\nsexual abuse material was located.
