It shall be unlawful in the State of Oklahoma:\n\n1. To keep, set up, maintain, or operate any house, place,\n\nbuilding, other structure, or part thereof, or vehicle, trailer, or\n\nother conveyance with the intent of committing an act of\n\nprostitution, lewdness, or assignation;\n\n2. To knowingly own any house, place, building, other\n\nstructure, or part thereof, or vehicle, trailer, or other conveyance\n\nused with the intent of committing an act of lewdness, assignation,\n\nor prostitution, or to let, lease, or rent, or contract to let,\n\nlease, or rent any such place, premises, or conveyance, or part\n\nthereof, to another with knowledge or reasonable cause to believe\n\nthat the intention of the lessee or rentee is to use such place,\n\npremises, or conveyance for prostitution, lewdness, or assignation;\n\n3. To offer, or to offer to secure, another with the intent of\n\nhaving such person commit an act of prostitution, or with the intent\n\nof having such person commit any other lewd or indecent act;\n\n4. To receive or to offer or agree to receive any person into\n\nany house, place, building, other structure, vehicle, trailer, or\n\nother conveyance with the intent of committing an act of\n\nprostitution, lewdness, or assignation, or to permit any person to\n\nremain there with such intent;\n\n5. To direct, take, or transport, or to offer or agree to take\n\nor transport, or aid or assist in transporting, any person to any\n\nhouse, place, building, other structure, vehicle, trailer, or other\n\nconveyance, or to any other person with knowledge or having\n\nreasonable cause to believe that the intent of such directing,\n\ntaking or transporting is prostitution, lewdness or assignation;\n\n6. To knowingly accept, receive, levy, or appropriate any money\n\nor other thing of value without consideration from a prostitute or\n\nfrom the proceeds of any person engaged in prostitution; or\n\n7. To knowingly abet the crime of prostitution by allowing a\n\nhouse, place, building, or parking lot to be used or occupied by a\n\nperson who is soliciting, inducing, enticing, or procuring another\n\nto commit an act of lewdness, assignation, or prostitution or who is\n\nengaging in prostitution, lewdness, or assignation on the premises\n\nof the house, place, building, or parking lot.\n\nB. Any person who violates the provisions of this section\n\nshall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense\n\npunishable by imprisonment in the Department of Corrections for a\n\nterm of not more than five (5) years, and by a fine as follows:\n\n1. Not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) upon the\n\nfirst conviction;\n\n2. Not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) upon the\n\nsecond conviction; and\n\n3. Not more than Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) upon the\n\nthird or subsequent conviction.\n\nC. Any person who violates the provisions of this section where\n\nthe victim of the offense is under eighteen (18) years of age at the\n\ntime of the offense shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony\n\npunishable by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of\n\nCorrections for a term of not more than fifteen (15) years, and by a\n\nfine as follows:\n\n1. Not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) upon the\n\nfirst conviction;\n\n2. Not more than Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) upon the\n\nsecond conviction; and\n\n3.
