Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1030","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Statutes, unless otherwise provided for\n\nby law:\n\n1. \"Prostitution\" means:\n\na. the giving or receiving of the body for sexual\n\nintercourse, fellatio, cunnilingus, masturbation, anal\n\nintercourse or lewdness with any person not his or her\n\nspouse, in exchange for money or any other thing of\n\nvalue, or\n\nb. the making of any appointment or engagement for sexual\n\nintercourse, fellatio, cunnilingus, masturbation, anal\n\nintercourse or lewdness with any person not his or her\n\nspouse, in exchange for money or any other thing of\n\nvalue;\n\n2. \"Child sex trafficking\" means prostitution or lewdness as\n\ndefined in this section with a person under eighteen (18) years of\n\nage, in exchange for money or any other thing of value;\n\n3. \"Anal intercourse\" means contact between human beings of the\n\ngenital organs of one and the anus of another;\n\n4. \"Cunnilingus\" means any act of oral stimulation of the vulva\n\nor clitoris;\n\n5. \"Fellatio\" means any act of oral stimulation of the penis;\n\n6. \"Lewdness\" means:\n\na. any lascivious, lustful or licentious conduct,\n\nb. the giving or receiving of the body for indiscriminate\n\nsexual intercourse, fellatio, cunnilingus,\n\nmasturbation, anal intercourse, or lascivious, lustful\n\nor licentious conduct with any person not his or her\n\nspouse, or\n\nc. any act in furtherance of such conduct or any\n\nappointment or engagement for prostitution; and\n\n7. \"Masturbation\" means stimulation of the genital organs by\n\nmanual or other bodily contact exclusive of sexual intercourse.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"859c0c37356a597a48d3c1a0b211691a43f20bb919b2595f89c153af4fa5d5a5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-103","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1031"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
