Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1040.12av2","heading":"Aggravated possession of child sexual abuse","body":"material - Penalties – Definitions.\n\nA. Any person who, with knowledge of its contents, possesses\n\none hundred (100) or more separate visual depictions of child sexual\n\nabuse material shall, upon conviction, be guilty of aggravated\n\npossession of child sexual abuse material. The violator shall be\n\npunished by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of\n\nCorrections for a term not exceeding life imprisonment and by a fine\n\nnot more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). The violator, upon\n\nconviction, shall be required to register as a sex offender under\n\nthe Sex Offenders Registration Act.\n\nB. For purposes of this section:\n\n1. Multiple copies of the same identical material shall each be\n\ncounted as a separate item; and\n\n2.
