Any person who, with knowledge of its contents, possesses\n\none hundred (100) or more separate visual depictions of child\n\npornography shall, upon conviction, be guilty of aggravated\n\npossession of child pornography, a Class A2 felony offense. The\n\nviolator shall be punished by imprisonment in the custody of the\n\nDepartment of Corrections for a term not exceeding life imprisonment\n\nand by a fine in an amount of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars\n\n($10,000.00). The violator, upon conviction, shall be required to\n\nregister as a sex offender under the Sex Offenders Registration Act.\n\nB. For purposes of this section:\n\n1. Multiple copies of the same identical material shall each be\n\ncounted as a separate item; and\n\n2.
