Directed against the matter by name or description;\n\n2. Alleging it is obscene material or child sexual abuse\n\nmaterial;\n\n3. Listing the names and addresses, if known, of its author,\n\npublisher and any other person sending or causing it to be sent,\n\nbringing or causing it to be brought into this state for sale or\n\ncommercial distribution and of any person in this state preparing,\n\nselling, exhibiting or commercially distributing it, or giving away\n\nor offering to give it away, or possessing it with intent to sell or\n\ncommercially distribute or exhibit or give away or offer to give it\n\naway;\n\n4. Seeking an adjudication that it is either obscene material\n\nor child sexual abuse material, as defined in Section 1024.1 of this\n\ntitle;\n\n5. Seeking a permanent injunction against any person sending or\n\ncausing it to be sent, bringing or causing it to be brought, into\n\nthis state for sale or commercial distribution, or in this state\n\npreparing, selling, exhibiting or commercially distributing it,\n\ngiving away or offering to give it away, or possessing it with\n\nintent to sell or commercially distribute or exhibit or give away or\n\noffer to give it away; and\n\n6.
