Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1040.16","heading":"Summary examination of material - Dismissal or show","body":"cause order.\n\nA. Upon the filing of the petition described in Section 1040.15\n\nof this title, the court shall summarily examine the obscene\n\nmaterial or child sexual abuse material.\n\nB. If the court finds no probable cause to believe it is\n\nobscene material or child sexual abuse material, the court shall\n\ndismiss the petition.\n\nC. If the court finds probable cause to believe it is obscene\n\nmaterial or child sexual abuse material, the court shall immediately\n\nissue an order or rule to show cause why it should not be\n\nadjudicated to be obscene material or child sexual abuse material.\n\nD. The order or rule to show cause shall be:\n\n1. Directed against it by name or description;\n\n2. If their names and addresses are known, served personally in\n\nthe manner provided in this act for the service of process or in any\n\nmanner now or hereafter provided by law, upon its author, publisher,\n\nand any other person interested in sending or causing it to be sent,\n\nbringing or causing it to be brought, into this state for sale or\n\ncommercial distribution, and on any person in this state preparing,\n\nselling, exhibiting or commercially distributing it or giving away\n\nor offering to give it away, or possessing it with intent to sell or\n\ncommercially distribute or exhibit or give away or offer to give it\n\naway; and\n\n3.
