Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1040.20","heading":"Destruction - Injunction","body":"In the event that a judgment is entered adjudicating the matter\n\nto be obscene material or child sexual abuse material, the court\n\nshall further:\n\n1. Order the person or persons having possession of it to\n\nsurrender it to the sheriff for destruction and, in the event that\n\nperson refuses, order the sheriff in the county in which the action\n\nwas brought to seize and destroy it; and\n\n2.
