Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1040.24","heading":"Presumptions","body":"The possession of two or more of any single article that is\n\nobscene material or child sexual abuse material, or the possession\n\nof a combined total of any five articles that are obscene material\n\nor child sexual abuse material (except the possession of them for\n\nthe purpose of return to the person from whom received) shall create\n\na presumption that they are intended for sale or commercial\n\ndistribution, exhibition or gift, but such presumption shall be\n\nrebuttable.
