Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1040.52","heading":"Showing of specified actual or simulated sexual","body":"activity and nudity at certain outdoor theaters prohibited -\n\nPenalty.\n\nA. Every owner or operator of an outdoor theater in this state\n\nis guilty of a misdemeanor who shows or causes to be shown a motion\n\npicture depicting:\n\n1. Any person, whether nude or clad, in an act or simulation of\n\nan act of sexual intercourse, unnatural copulation or other sexual\n\nactivity including the showing of human genitals in a state of\n\nsexual stimulation or arousal, acts of human masturbation, or\n\nfondling or other erotic touching of human genitals, pubic region,\n\nbuttock or female breast; or\n\n2. Nude or partially denuded figures including less than\n\ncompletely and opaquely covered human genitals, pubic regions,\n\nbuttock and female breast below a point immediately above the top of\n\nthe areola and including human male genitals in a discernibly turgid\n\nstate. even if completely and opaquely covered.\n\nB. This section shall be applicable, however, only where the\n\nviewing portion of the screen of such theater is situated within the\n\nview of any residence or where children under eighteen (18) years of\n\nage have an understanding view of the picture.\n\nC. Any prosecution under this section must be preceded by a\n\nwritten complaint from a resident affected by the terms of this act.\n\nD.
