Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1040.53","heading":"Projectionists, ushers or cashiers excepted from","body":"statutes relating to exhibit of obscene motion pictures.\n\nThe provisions of statutes of this state and the provisions of\n\nordinances of any city prescribing a criminal penalty for exhibit of\n\nany obscene motion picture shown in a commercial theater open to the\n\ngeneral public shall not apply to a projectionist or assistant\n\nprojectionist, usher or cashier, provided he has no financial\n\ninterest in the show or in its place of presentation other than\n\nregular employment as a projectionist or assistant projectionist,\n\nusher or cashier. Provided further, that such person is not acting\n\nas manager or director of such theater.
