It shall be unlawful for any person who pays a fee for a\n\nsexual encounter to publish a review of that sexual encounter or to\n\npublish a review of the pubic area, buttocks, or breasts experienced\n\nin the sexual encounter on a website that facilitates, encourages,\n\noffers, solicits, or promotes sexual conduct with another for a fee.\n\nB. 1. Any person who violates the provisions of this section\n\nshall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony punishable by\n\nimprisonment in the Department of Corrections for a term not more\n\nthan three (3) years and by fines as follows:\n\na. not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) upon\n\nthe first conviction,\n\nb. not more than Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($2,500.00) upon the second conviction, and\n\nc. not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) upon\n\nthe third or subsequent convictions.\n\n2. Any person who violates the provisions of this section where\n\nthe victim of the offense is under eighteen (18) years of age at the\n\ntime of the offense shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony\n\npunishable by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of\n\nCorrections for a term not more than ten (10) years and by fines as\n\nfollows:\n\na. not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) upon\n\nthe first conviction,\n\nb. not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) upon\n\nthe second conviction, and\n\nc. not more than Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00)\n\nupon the third or subsequent convictions.\n\n3. The terms of imprisonment specified in this subsection shall\n\nnot be subject to statutory provisions for suspension, deferral, or\n\nprobation or state correctional institution earned credits accruing\n\nfrom and after November 1, 1989, except for the achievement earned\n\ncredits authorized by subsection H of Section 138 of Title 57 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes. To qualify for such achievement earned credits,\n\ninmates must also be in compliance with the standards for Class\n\nlevel 2 behavior, as defined in subsection D of Section 138 of Title\n\n57 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\n4. Upon a third conviction, the person shall be required to\n\nregister as a sex offender under the Sex Offenders Registration Act\n\nand shall be assigned a risk level of one. Upon a sixth conviction,\n\nthe person shall be assigned a risk level of two.\n\nC.
