Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1040.77","heading":"Violations - Penalties","body":"Any person convicted of violating any provision of Section\n\n1040.76 of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be\n\nfined a sum not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for the\n\nfirst or second offense. Any person convicted of a third or\n\nsubsequent violation of any provision of Section 1040.76 of this\n\ntitle shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined a sum not\n\nexceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). Each day that any\n\nviolation of Section 1040.76 of this title occurs or continues shall\n\nconstitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as a separate\n\nviolation. Every act or transaction prohibited by Section 1040.76\n\nof this title shall constitute a separate offense as to each item,\n\nissue or title involved and shall be punishable as such.
