Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1062","heading":"Property offered by lottery is forfeited","body":"All property offered for sale, distribution, or disposition, in\n\nviolation of the provisions of this article, is forfeited to the\n\npeople of this state, as well before as after the determination of\n\nthe chance on which the same was dependent.
